Monday - Friday 9-5 except Thursdays we open at 10am.
The D.O.L has a website that will give you the fee's for an ID. If you receive public assistance like Medicare or EBT you can get a voucher from the Dshs that makes the ID $5 Hope that helps.

You need: proof of residency, a birth certificate or passport to show legal presence, and a DOT physical. We can set up an appointment for testing for you.
Call for Appt, bring chequebook. No more than $15.
You might be able to go to the DMV's website and reorder one online. It differs from state to state whether or not they will let you order a replacement online or if you have to go in. I hope that helps.

The knowledge test is 20.00 each attempt (if not enrolled in a driver approved driver education course) and 40.00 for the drive test each attempt. :)
