My daughter and I test drove a ford focus. We didn't really push it, and everything seemed fine. The next day we completed the sale and took the car. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I could feel the transmission slipping. Now, here is where most reviews would take a negative turn. I'm going to let you know that "Mo" our salesman, took the high road. The dealership could've played hardball, but they chose to do the right thing. They were completely empathetic and willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. We ended up not wanting the car, and they complied willingly. We're very happy with the way things went, and we're still asking them to find a car for us.
