Many more craft supplies than I remember. I was really able to find what I needed (Rit fabric dye) in the color I had been hoping for. Easy wheelchair access and they haven't overcrowded the aisles or walkways in-between, which is uncommon for a craft store of any kind. Customer service was excellent.

Great layout of the store I know where everything's at the people are friendly and nice and very helpful I could get lost in there if I'm not careful and thought that is it's a fun place

I went in today with my mom and needed to use there kart due to an injury and noticed that the aisles are very small. At some points I couldn’t even turn into the aisle they don’t give very much room to do anything. I know if I struggled with it others will too. The employees are nice at least.

Most of their items state zinc base with coating, or copper with coating. It is possible that some seasonal items may be, but it would be a rare item.

I would call being its fliers. If you are asking mailer type. Other than u would have to get your email sign up to the store for phone updates etc
Joan’s current policy is that they will do returns on fabric under the condition that you have the original receipt. Take your fabric and receipt to the cut counter to have the measurement verified, then you will be sent to the register to complete the return.
