Just bought my first Triumph here and I can't recommend this dealership enough. I worked with Nick who was very friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured at all. Dave the finance manager was also amicable, laid back and explained all my options very well. I was introduced to the parts and service managers who I'll be working with in the future. I also feel my trade in was valued fairly. When the time eventually comes for me to get a new bike I know where I'll be stopping first to take a look.

My third Triumph bike. ‘12 Triumph Trophy ‘14 Tiger XC ‘23 Tiger 1200 GT Since the last time I did business with Cascade Moto, they’ve come under new ownership and I wasn’t sure how the experience would be now. But I was very pleased! Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful with putting me on my ‘23 Tiger GT. The test ride, the trade in, and the ride home all went off without a hitch. Already have the break-in mileage done, she’s already muddy, and once the service is done I’ll be about ready for some long trips. The only inconvenience I ran into is the Triumph mothership is a little slow on getting accessories shipped to their dealers, so I’m waiting on some parts. But that’s not the dealerships fault. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Couldn’t say enough good things about these folks. Matt is a knowledgeable product representative and is very helpful for people who don’t know a thing about bikes. Don’t be intimidated to ask questions. There are places you go that make you feel dumb or embarrassed to ask questions. NOT HERE. They make you feel at home and welcome you to their family immediately. As far as pricing, it’s straight forward, no BS. I personally know the finance manager Nick, he is great and always has been. Two thumbs up to cascade, y’all rock!!
