Possibly the old bait n switch treatment. First, the communication and friendly demeanor of all the employees I dealt with was great. The issue: had several email communications with a very friendly sales individual. They were/are running a special on a new 2022-year model bike. Was quoted the “out the door price” but, when I arrived to buy the bike, they had been sold out of all the 2022 models for months. I showed the salesperson a copy of our email conversations that were less than two weeks old….so that was odd. The salesperson said they would take down the sales ad (they have not yet). Obviously, they were not running the same deal for current year models. They said they could give me that deal on a test bike with different graphics. I told them that I was looking for a brand-new bike. I am definitely bummed out by the result because I was looking to build a long-term relationship with this business. I work for one of the largest companies in the area and have been chronicling my “adventure” of getting back into the sport with several coworkers. This will unfortunately have a negative impact on their future business. Again, great people, but definitely make sure the EXACT bike and deal you have been discussing is still available before stopping by.

Worked with MJ at MotoSport, guy is an amazing salesman. Literally was working 7 deals and had time to sit down and work out a deal for the quad I bought. Went over and beyond helping me out. If you ever need a new toy definitely ask for MJ

I went in looking to get some info on the bike I was interested in had Nick Shirley answer a few questions I had and after a short time I was financed and ready to take the bike home but was unable to at the moment. They were kind enough to store the bike for me and some other goodies I had purchased and had it ready for me when I was able to pick it up. Nick and his crew were more than accommodating and I left the experience a very happy customer, I will definitely be back to see them in the future.
