Many other folks here posted about price gouging. I don’t know whether this is legally price gouging but it’s definitely the most expensive gas station in this part of the state, by a far stretch. Three stars because the gas still worked— car ran fine.

Closest gas to the park, a little high on prices but not as bad as some stations down the road.

Good luck paying $4-$5 per gallon around here as this is the only gas station in Tusayan. Your only other options are a gas station in Valle, which is about 30-35 minutes south of the Grand Canyon, or a Chevron closer to the Desert View Watchtower which can be about 30-40 minutes more or less. It costs more than $50 just to fill up to 10 gallons. As others have said, they don't show the price on the sign for regular. Gas prices aren't much better in Flagstaff, but at least you know what you're paying for. Don't go unless you absolutely have to fill up enough to make it to the next city like Flagstaff.

Notice how the price for regular unleaded is not even posted. That is criminal. At the time of this review, regular unleaded is 3.29, plus 3.49, premium 3.59. Chandler regular unleaded 2.05. I suggest you top off at the Cheveron or Mobil 22 miles south on the 180 & 64 where it is much cheaper. If you absolutely need petrol then expect to pay California prices.
