Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been a Wellsfargo customer for 20+years. I went into the branch for a notary. The teller told me the banker had someone in her office and she would be with me as soon as she can. 45 minutes later she called another customer who had walked in after me and he had an appointment, she told me if I didn’t have an appointment she would not be able to help me and I should make an appointment because she is the only banker. I explained to the young girl it would have been nice to know or had the teller let me know I needed an appointment before I waited for 45 minutes for no help. I was so furious! I will never visit this bank again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I showed up to the drive thru at 4:55 pm. I was so happy to receive such awful service. Instead of helping me cash a check. The teller so politely says through the intercom. I'm sorry but we're closed. Thanks for your awful customer service. Not surprised your branch has such an awful rating on Google. Your customer service really shows.

During the pandemic I asked for a withdrawal slip, and the teller gave me 5. So the next time I went I had my withdrawal slip ready for the teller. She ask me where i got my slips, and told her one of their tellers. She told me she can't process it... isn't it the same as the one she was giving me. What?... I don't understand, that's stupid!!!

Imagine a bank with no one dressed professionally and no one moving quickly to get the line down. 15 people in line on a Friday afternoon (gonna take a guess that is your busiest day of the week but what do I know?!) with three tellers. Three. Manager didn’t seem to know what was going on. Just because I don’t have an account there I wasn’t able to exchange big bills for small bills. I knew Wells Fargo sucked as a company but I didn’t think the employees did until visiting this location.
