I would give a negative 10 to this KFC location. service to customer is the worst. I brought to their attention about 3 days ago getting something different than what I ordered and this Lady who I was told is the boss completely ignored me and didn't want to hear my concern and just walked away. I called her to let her know the importance of good service and she didn't come, It's amazing that somebody with extremely poor quality on customer service gets hired. If the owner of this KFC location reads this please let me know how I can get in contact with you to explain this incident

I’ve been currently waiting for my order for thirsty minutes when i was told it would be five minutes. When i asked about it, the cashier said that someone on drive thru took part of my order…well that’s not my fault. i shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes longer for your mistake. absolutely ridiculous

Although the quality of this particular KFC has gone down a lot over the last 2 years and prices have gone up 🆙, it’s still a decent place to stop for fast food if you’re in a rush.i would give 3. Today, (March 7th, 2022) at 2:17 P.M., I had to wait 30 minutes for a new pot pie 🥧 to be cooked. I was told the car in front of me just purchased the last 2. However, I would think the manager would stay on top of this especially in the middle of the the afternoon on a Saturday (03/07/22) and considering there were only 3 customers who showed up the entire 33 minutes I was there. I understand things happen, so I’m still giving this KFC a solid 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Hopefully, the quality of food will return back to how it used to be in the past and NOT continue to be (overcooked, slightly cold, and obviously cooked several hours prior to ordering) as its been the last 7-8 times I’ve gone here the last year. So, there is my honest review, while still giving an honest opinion, and appropriate number of stars.

Had a coupon and figured I haven’t been to KFC in about 5 years so maybe I’ll give it another try. This location did not have their sit down or walk in open (Drive thru only). I got a chicken sandwich meal and extra Buffalo wings. Nothing say well and I eat fried chicken and Buffalo regularly everywhere else without issue. Food was soggy, not crispy. Was alright but would not go back. Quality was not there and flavor was not what it used to be.
