I love this place, their coffee is always so delicious and the staff is always so kind. I love Grace, Libby and Zoey, they are the sweetest baristas ever! they also always offer my dog a pup cup and it makes me so happy lol. Thank you beans!!!

They are so inconsistent on their iced chais. One day it is good the next day it tastes like a strong perfume, one day it has barely any flavor at all. The one I got today I can’t even drink because it tastes like straight up perfume, like floral. They cost nearly $7 and I always tip. So I am paying $9+ for something that is absolutely un drinkable! I come clear from Payson to get them I will drive an extra 5 mins to go to Springville.

It’s super inconsistent here. I order the same thing every time. White mocha frap with no espresso or coffee. (Because I’m pregnant) out of the times I have come here, the order has been right twice. The other times, they always give me an excuse of why there is coffee in it. When it was right it was awesome. But it’s super disappointing and poor customer service when it’s wrong. I came in this morning to get one and the two girls that were there were very dismissive and rude. Wouldn’t even hear me out. I came in last Saturday Morning and the girl Was amazing and got the drink right. I don’t understand why it’s so inconsistent. I’d much rather give beans my money over Starbucks.. however with the experience I had today.. it’s just very disheartening.

I usually love their coffee but they are not consistent. Today was a disappointment. I ordered a cold drink got a hot drink, I ordered a caramel frozen drink got pumpkin. They are not usually like this but it was bad today and I wasted over 30 min coming back to get the right coffee which then wasn't great either. Weird
