Well it's clean and the people that work there are great it's the produce is just no all that good its not really bad but you can tell they get second or 3rd choice..you can get it fresh you just have to dig around

I have been going to Cappy's Produce ever since they opened yeara ago. My kids all love to go there. Everything there is Always fresh and delicious. Everyone there is always polite, sweet and they even help you load your car with your groceries when they are able too! They are the best!

Yes they are only on produce though. And if it's great produce you get what you pay for which is high quality.
You get directed to Safeway or Fred Meyers for WIC bc they work with the WIC program. Cappy's is not such a business chain like them.
Sure they either told you Freddie's or Safeway accept that. Call them and ask or ask whoever you talked to about WIC.
