Several times they've destroyed my packages, specifically next day items requiring refrigeration, because their delivery driver chose not to drive down my driveway. They leave a note saying "no secure delivery location". Absolutely worthless, I receive deliveries from other carriers to my house every other day.

Literally watched four USPS trucks drive past my house today before I had to run down the last truck with 3 boxes to insure they got mailed today. I shouldn't have to chase down my mail person when there is a scheduled pick-up at your address. You had one job.

This place does not deserve a single star…GOOGLE PLEASE PROVIDE A ZERO STARS OPTION FOR THIS PLACE!!! Horrible customer service…they forget their paychecks come from the people they are rude to and don’t deliver packages correctly for. Several times I’ve ordered items too large for my mailbox but oftentimes you don’t get an option for who the carrier will be. So USPS is TOO LAZY to at the very least leave a notice in my mailbox or my door about why my package never arrived. I had to call them and they always say “it’s here, the driver must not have been put it on the truck yet” BUT the tracking in the usps site says delivery attempted. FRAUDS!! They lie, are rude, and LAZY! Why this place hasn’t cleaned house yet and changed their staffing completely is beyond me but for the love of God they suck!!!

Contr believe you can rent box online. USPS requires signature of box holder and you hanse about 3- different sizes to choose from. Each of course had its own corresponding price schedule. Does not take long and you will see where your new box is physically located.

Parcel lockers are in the lobby. You should get a key to open it. Otherwise service folks will have to look for it. Goid luck.
