This gym has truly been life-changing. I am not a "gym' person, but OT has me hooked going several times a week, because I have not only lost weight, I have better sleep, more energy and all the benefits of routine exercise. The Gresham location is my all-time fave and I have gone to every location in the Portland area. Its HUUUUGE so you can lift weights without worrying about hitting someone next to you, its super clean and easy to navigate. The front desk staff are AMAZING, so friendly and helpful and caring. Taryn and Dalton are great coaches, I love the way Taryn motivates me and she always plays the best tunes. I have seen proven results and while it may be a little more expensive than a typical gym, I feel the investment is worth every penny because the outcome is proven. You will not be sorry if you join!

I really appreciated the coach's patience, knowledge about modifications, and awareness of my form throughout the session. Even with a previous injury, I felt safe during the workout while being able to fully participate and get a fantastic challenge!

I enjoy the energy of a group class, and the coaches are great at a personal level when I need help with form or altering exercises for injuries, etc. I love that I don’t have to think about what to do. Just show up and get in a great workout! No matter my fitness goals, Orangetheory workouts get me there. Best part of my day!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.

Orangetheory Fitness | Nov 20, 2021

Our rates and fees vary based on the studio, but your first workout is FREE. Contact your local studio to discuss pricing when you redeem your free workout!

Can someone kindly provide me with the membership pricing? They won't talk about it over the phone and it's not on the website... not a fan of the lack of transparency. I don't want to waste my time by trying a class if I can't afford it.

I get 8 classes a month for $89. I think the unlimited classes are an additional $30? I really like it because the workouts change all the time. When I was going to my last gym type place I would go and get bored within a month or two. At Orange Theory it's always pre planned for you. I really like that.
