Two people cooking had beards with no hair nets... beard hair falls out and into food just like head hair... duh and gross. Also out of all of the empty tables we only found one that might have been clean. You can't spare one person to walk around and sanitize and wipe down tables? The whole time we were there at that one clean table.. not one employee came out and wiped or cleaned any tables. The food thank goodness is good and cheap at least.

Good shakes, but they have different straw sizes and types. I like shakes with candy pieces which are hard to suck up through a straw. They hand out large diameter paper straws. I'm small woman and I have a tough time with it. I'm usually driving so I can't use a spoon. The smaller plastic straws don't work, so it's weird.

Not sure when you guys started wrapping the burgers like this but THANK YOU! This makes eating while driving more convenient as I don't have to worry about grease dripping on my clothes. The only issue is I didn't get any napkins.

Thus Steak 'n Shake is always a great option for fast, good food. I love the Frisco Melt and of course those skinny fries are the best! The shakes are good too but I personally am not a fan of the thick whipped cream topper.
