The store on Dorothy Lane is closed
You must have stayed away for a long time. They have improved from a couple of years ago. I think the staff and food will continue to improve.
If you managed to find one open that hasn't been closed down, the servers act like they don't want to be there.
I think all Steak 'n Shakes have gone downhill in the last few years.
