Second time delivering here. Plastic receiving office is mad rude I don’t understand how people can on their own volition find a job they know they are going to hate just to make everyone else’s experience trash. Arrived At 4:30 was directed to the rear of the building to drop off paper work to be signed it’s 5:25, reminder this a drop and hook…. No stars

We usually love Poland Spring and the delivery drivers are usually very friendly. Our recent delivery person just drops our cardboard boxes outside the door (in the rain the last 2 times) rather than bringing inside the office leaving us to clean up boxes than fall apart due to weather.

Checked in at gate was quick n easy. Have po number ready. Got door assigned at gate. Backing in wasn't difficult. Decent amount of space. In and out within 1.5 hrs.

It was fast, they give you a door when they check you at the gate, they finished loading me in 40 min.. the only problem it’s no much space for backing up in door..

Honestly I don't know what is the problem but I hear that they are under new management.
That they used well and tap water not spring water
We pick up water in Maine and drive trailers south. We are truck drivers. So, we don't go inside. But, sometimes, we can see at Distribution Centers crowded lots and sometimes really empty.
