Haven't gotten my food yet but I know it will be wonderful. That is not even the reason for this review. I ordered on Doordash and after placing my order I called the the actual location, not sure who answered because reception was static at first, I asked if they had a spice level on my pad Thai which I was told no, "but we can make it spicy, I got you". I was overwhelmed by the "we can make it spicy, I got you". If only other places could be so accommodating. Way to go management, everytime I have been to this location (Colerain) I have had nothing but great service! Now it has spilled over for my Doordash order.

Me and my girlfriend went here the other night, bought drinks and weren’t told that they were out of every drink other then a couple of diet drinks on the drink machine. After that, I started eating my spaghetti and meatballs, and the spaghetti was completely undercooked, and the sauce was not good at all. I love noodles and company but this one was just not even close to what I expect from a noodles and company restaurant.

Bought take out from here. The food was a little too well seasoned. It was very salty. The portions were not very large for the price you paid. The star of this place were the employees. Very very friendly service with a smile. Reminds me of a lot of Asian countries. They greet you with a smile and wish you a good day when you leave. IMO, ok to try if you are looking for new eats. But I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.
