Epic Perspective

Unbelievable. Tried to have 20 book printed for class and study purposes, time sensitive. They were printed incorrectly the first time. When we went to pick them up they just offered to reprint but would take several days to complete since they couldn’t work over the weekend. They did let us “barrow” the misprint over the weekend. Went to pick up the new copies and they again were wrong. Finally after 4 trips to the store they gave us what we wanted but still asked for the misprints back. They offered us nothing in return for the trouble or gas it took us to go there 4 times. This store is a joke. I will go elsewhere next time for sure. I recommend this to you as well.

Brian crew saved my life I needed something printed out and I arrived at the door exactly at 6 p.m. HIs generosity is what the world needs more often
