An overwhelming selection of vinegars and olive oils. There is no tasting or self-service but the staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized. If you want to try several flavors, you can put together your own custom trial size pack and do your own tasting at home. The prices are comparable to what you see at the Farmers Markets and online.

If you enjoy cooking, and regularly use olive oil or balsamic vinegar, a stop here is an absolute must (no pun intended). They have more than several absolutely delicious vingars that will leave you wishing you brought bread to dip. I highly recomend the Sicilian Lemon white venegar.

We stopped here because of a Portland Walking Food Tour and loved it! I'm not really an oil or vinegar gal, but my husband is and I had fun too! Sampling the different flavors proved to be more delicious than I anticipated and we ended up picking out a sampler pack that we were able to ship home. That staff was super helpful and we were glad to have stopped here. So unique!
