I brought my daughter and her friend today while at the mall. The staff working were very helpful and friendly, but I felt as though the games themselves were over priced and did not give an appropriate amount of tickets. My daughter was disappointed that there were not traditional coins or tickets, but a card to swipe each time you wish to play. I suppose that could just be part of times changing and advanced technology. I would definitely make the 2.5 hour drive to NH over the 20 minute drive to the Auburn Mall. I just feel like it is a more traditional arcade, games are priced fairly based on tokens (not money), and the ticket reward seemed worth it. Pros: Staff, cards are easy to use though not “traditional”. Cons: Overpriced, hard to earn tickets Suggestion: Implementing an hourly rate for the maze/play house so those that are just passing through can enjoy it rather than spending $7.

My family has visited multiple times and we just love this place!!! The games are very reasonably priced and they have a great variety. New games all the time! Great place for a birthday party too!!! Staff has always been super nice!

My mother and son went here yesterday. When my mother went to get a drink, my son misplaced his game card. She asked for assistance in looking for it and was treated very rudely. When the card wasn’t found, the worker made statements saying that “they were the only ones around” and that there was “no way of knowing the amount they had on it” so he would not issue another one, even though they didn’t ask for a refund, only some help. After some moving of the machine, he opened the machine and realized it had slid in between and gotten stuck inside. He did not even apologize he told my 7 year old son he shouldn’t have put it there.. you could barely even see the space it fell into. Also she asked about using the play area and they told her it was $6, she explained they were closing in less than an hour and the blow up area was not even in operation, they told her it was still $6. This place is already barely decent to bring your kids, with all of this rude and absolutely uncalled behavior they will not make it much longer.

You pay 75 cents to $1.00 per game and get somewhere between 5- 10 tickets (sometimes more if you're lucky but generally in the 5-10 range) we had 3 kids with $30+ each and accumulatively left with 625 tickets Also…the maze in the middle has a bounce house slide that to play on you have to pay an additional charge of $2 and it’s timed for A VERY SHORT period….this is on top of the $7 you pay for the bracelet for the maze that the bounce house takes the majority of the maze space. There is no signage anywhere indicating that the inner portion of the maze is paid and timed. All in all I felt it was a rip off. A lot of the games were broke. 🙄

Sunshine Bun. The current CDC guidelines are as of 8/11/21, that mask a suggested for indoor settings. We leave the decision to the individual and the family if they wish to wear a mask. We sanitize frequent and have the proper filtered ventilation. If you have more questions please contact the store.

Went there with my daughter and. Her service animal and the man asked to see paperwork for the dog and then told me he couldn’t read and then kicked us out. Will never go again

You were asked to leave because of your language and behavior. There were many customers around that will come to the defense of the business. I was there. You literally shoved your wallet in the managers face. How would you expect him to see it when it was an inch from his face.

Food and tokens are the same price no matter the day. Not sure if that also applies to birthday party and play area rates or not.
