I would think if a company wants to have hotels on their chain they would hold them responsible to a high standard. I feel that if Choice Hotels is allowing Quality Inn and other hotels to treat the customer poorly and not up to standard to what I feel is quality. I have stayed at plenty of Comfort Inns and Suites without any of these problems. I feel I am going to have to find another hotels chain to stay with from now on if there isn't a Comfort inn and Suites available. Even then I not sure I want to keep staying at this chain.

This hotel has big rooms. The bedroom ones are huge. It’s not the cleanest hotel because they need their carpets cleaned and walls painted but the price was fair. This hotel was better than the cheaper hotel in the city. I recommend this hotel if you wanna be close to the lake

This is a slightly delayed review as my visit was back in October of 2021. The location is great! Customer service was also great! When we got to our room the door was slightly open, it was night time, and when I reached in to flip the light...nothing 😲 So we went back to the front desk, and they had maintenance there right away. Checked the room, and fixed the light. The room itself was huge. It was two rooms converted into a suite. It was very dated though, and was kind of musty smelling. The onsite restaurant was great though. Had a nice dinner there. Breakfast was also very good.

Nice Hotel at a nice location however the lady at the front desk had no interest in helping us find our room. The room numbers are laid out poorly with meaningless arrows pointing nowhere on the building. Two other guests were having the same problem. An extremely helpful house keeper helped us find our room. Didn't get her name but the older lady even carried one of our bags up the stairs! An extremely great help!!!
