Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Havasu - London Bridge, an IHG Hotel

I did my research before I made the reservation. This is one of the best hotels in Lake Havasu area. The hotel is extremely close to the visitor center and other activities (such as the dock for different boat tours). I am platinum member of IHG, and I got the top floor with London bridge view (awesome). The breakfast is really great, offers a variety of food that meets not only ours but also our two small kid’s needs. The hotel is pretty new. Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. My husband and son did also try the hotel pool, it was great. Overall, we were happy with our stay and will be back again in a year or two when the kids are older and we want to stay on the lake for more days!

The room and property were very clean and the staff was great. Check-in and check-out were easy. Breakfast offerings were varied and appealing - they even had chocolate milk! Only issue was the a/c unit in our room was very loud - like lawn mower loud and shower pressure was minimal.

Excluding the person who checked me in, the staff projected a sincere desire to help and please their guests. A special shout out to Front Desk Person Bobbi B and her Manager. Long story short, two guests near my room were consistently out of control since 6:30 pm and ultimately resulted with two calls to the police for assistance. Bobbi B, her manager and myself had to combine our life’s experiences of professionalism to keep the situation from escalating. Bobbi B and Shelia apologized to me for the bad experience in the morning at Breakfast. Speaking of Breakfast, it was excellent with many choices once again! They had good Biscuits and Gravy (pictured). The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was properly heated!

Positive: The location is perfect and the hotel is clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well. Negative: We asked that our room be cleaned and they fixed the bed but left all the trash in the room. They didn¿t sweep/mop the bathroom floor either. Had to call down to have housekeeping come back and dispose of trash.
