Great, cozy inn. We rented 2 rooms and they were both clean and comfy, with all the expected amenities. The receptionists, bartender, and restaurant staff were all very nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. The pool was nice. Free wifi was as good or better than I've seen at other hotels. The surrounding area was beautiful. My only gripe - we dialed the front desk a few times and couldn't get an answer. We received great service when we walked to the front desk however. If you're going to see the grand canyon and want a quiet, reasonably priced place to stay, I recommend this inn. It's about 20 minutes away from the entrance to the park.

Nice hotel and great prices. Rooms and pool area were clean. We asked to be moved from their other location and receptionist was nice enough to move us. Everyone there gave great service, starting from the front desk, restaurant, to the bar tenders. Good suggestions from front desk lady on things to do around the area. Would go back. Definitely try their chocolate martini!!!!

Pay attention to what kind of rooms you book! We're put in the motel room across the road. There's no sign or light to show the entrance. The room was spacious but the equipment was quite old, especially the bathroom. The hot water is not even stable. We stayed there for two nights. On the second day, the card key became invalid automatically. We had to go to the counter to fix it. The housekeeper knocked on the door around 7:30 in the morning even though we already put on the sign “do not disturb.” The service of the restaurant was also pretty slow and made people feel unwelcome. The overall stay experience is unpleasant.

This place suited our needs just fine. Clean,spacious rooms. I don't care about amenities and decor. I just require a clean, safe place to sleep. This was perfect for that. Little bit of a drive from Grand Canyon National Park but worth the cost savings as opposed to staying in Grand Canyon Village. There is a restaraunt on site and the food was good.

They don't have a pool.
I don't no the age of the Grand Canyon Inn, but the rooms and the buildings are in a good condition. Is realy fine to stay here.
