Scheduled an appointment online and set up an account. Effectively doing the work of their receptionist and scheduling departments, which they have none. Go through all the hoops, got seen late, and offered to pay the full amount, but received no services. I was told I had to purchase the service package online. What service package and where? Their websites and scheduling portal make no mention of mandatory purchases prior to an appointment. So I wasted my evening and obtained no helpful information as to where I need to go to purchase their packages. I hate this medical services as a product gimmick. If that's the case, then service first, then I pay you. Exactly like every other field ever. So you're paying inflated rates for half of the service. Medical costs are determined by staff, the facilities, and equipment. They are cutting costs on hiring a skeleton staff of medical technicians, not nurses or doctors, have no administrative staff, and everything is online or done by the patient. You're getting ripped off with inflated charges for substandard service or no service. Won't go back and now Thanks for being a useless waste of commercial real estate.

The 1st thing they need to do is stop making the phlebotomist do any of the paperwork for insurance or anything. They have to take blood .. get someone else to do all of that but I must tell you the location on lake Mead here in Las Vegas is very crowded but the people who run it are very professional and try so hard to please everyone. They need more help in there for sure but Khang and Nika really are 2 very caring competent people running this entire operation. I am not sure who made up this new policy of the phlebotomist having to deal with all that other nonsense it's totally unfair. And then they have to be asked a million questions about the check in computer nonsense in front and that takes time away from their blood taking . it's a terrible way to do business in a blood center but again those 2 are great and try their hardest to please everyone. Change this dumb policy so they can work even quicker and not be sidetracked by the logistics

While there for an appointment for my daughter, I had mentioned that another location had missed one of the tests ordered for me a few weeks ago and was hoping that they would be able to draw for it since it was their mistake. My insurance had changed and they insisted that they are not providers, even though my insurance lists them as in network. The technician was very rude when I mentioned that I didn't think I should have to pay anything for their error. The manager basically said that it was my fault because I didn't catch that they didn't draw for the test.. as if I know how to do their job or how much blood should be taken for what was ordered. Now my daughter's care is delayed as is my care thanks to the error made at the Rainbow location and the refusal of Quest on Lake Mead to take our blood without paying for it out of pocket. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Even though my plan says they are in network, I will use another lab anyway.

Arrived 20 minutes early. Checked in on my phone. They confirmed my arrival, said they were ready to see me. I see my name on the board and take a seat. I’m normally seen within a reasonable wait time at this location. Meanwhile, others with later appointments are called back. A man waited outside two hours, 100 degrees. He was taken back after saying he was never called. An hour later I’m called back. Very unorganized. One tech, very rude! She went around asking if we were checked in and what time were the appointments? When I said 9:10, she said, “Perfect!” I asked, perfect? This is an hour after my time. She turned away.

What time9Am
Yes they take walk-ins. You should probably call to find out what ones are open due to the holiday
To my knowledge No ! Appointments only when I was there n July
I went on Saturday and they attended me without an appointment, I don't know if they attend by appointment
I made an appointment on line...went on the assigned day, was in and out in less than 20 min.... there were at least 25 people in there too. It pays to set an appointment on line vs. walk in!
Ship portal wwww Quest Diagnostic. Com or go to the lab and ask him for coffee
It depends on if the doctors office sent it to Quest or not! But it could save time when you get there if you have the paper work with you!
Your better off calling to find out.
