Called an order in 10 minutes before coming to the location, took our time getting here. Got to the window and had to tell them 3 times what we ordered. Then had to pull out front and wait another 15 minutes and still waiting as I'm typing this.

Horrible wait time. Called in at 11:33 didn't get order until 12:39. On the phone they said it would be ready in minutes. However polite and accommodating customer service..... After getting home uncooked dough

Yes it’s open and paper applications
The staff wear masks. I usually order online & I get my pizza through the codes on the warming trays.
They do. I believe you can also buy their gift cards at other retailers.
