I havent been to a Wendys in a year or so and the people working here are really sweet, but the burgers were kinda cold. Just wish they could've been warmer

Made an online app order. Pick up option was made for the drive thru. Upon going through the drive thru and already have paid online I was told I would have to come in to get my order. I went in and asked why I couldn't get the order at the drive thru as the app gave the drive thru as an option for pick up and was told app orders are only given out at the drive thru when the dining room is closed. Why is the drive thru an option on the app if the store won't honor it. If I made the order at the drive thru speaker to be picked up at the drive thru window I would have been served but because it's an app order and the dining room was open I had to come in to get it. Makes no sense With prices of fast food skyrocketing, the food is no better and with this type of service, no common sense , I think it is time to boycott fast food.

May order cost $5.34. Gave the attendant $20.00. She gave me back $14.00 even. I asked about my change, and she said she didn’t have any. So, I asked am I being charged more for my meal? Again, I don’t have any change. I questioned it again and she walked off and spoke to a manager (I presume). Came back and opened the register and gave me $0.60 in dimes. I said so you did have change. Yeah, but no pennies. I wonder how often this happens and to some it may be petty but $0.60 here and there adds up quickly considering the number of customers they serve. Beware people and pay attention to prevent this from happening to you.
