Breakfest is ok but every time I get lunch/or dinner from here the bread is ALWAYS stale, completely stale

The closing manager on January 29th was extremely rude. I had went through and gotten a bacon burger with no Ketchup. I went all the way home, and opened it up and realized it had ketchup on it. (I know people in fast food make mistakes all the time, so i just decided to not be rude) i went back to Burger King a few hours later, showed them the receipt that said “no ketchup,” and i showed the lady the ketchup on the sandwich . She was very rude and said “Noo Honey, close the sandwich and give it to me. And the receipt honey.” So they fixed me a new sandwich and at the next window there was a person working there with pink hair i believe... it might’ve been green. But it was a different hair color, and they were absolutely very kind. They apologized and was very mature about the situation. But i Asked them for a water cup. And the manager butted in and said “No, if she don’t wanna pay for it then get her the small water cup.” I just thought this was very rude. My order was already wrong, and she was being very rude. I honestly don’t think that manager deserves her job. I used to work in fast food services, and I would never speak to my sustainers in that tone. I was very polite to that woman. I hope something is being done about this.
