Early morning drive thru lady was kind courteous and willing to help. It is refreshing to see that there are still employees that both understand and willing to truly care and do their jobs. I wish I had gotten her name. She is truly an asset.

Usually I love Hardee's, but my experience wasn't so great at this one. My wife and I both ordered chicken sandwiches, and my sone got the chicken tenders. We were asked to pull up to a parking spot and wait, which isn't a huge deal. However, our wait was 20 minutes and it wasn't even all that busy. But the wait wasn't what really upset me. When we got our meals, both chicken plates and the tenders were all burned. If they couldn't see that when they pulled them from them from the deep fryer, they should've been able to smell it. In the end, we didn't complain to management. We were in a hurry and already behind schedule. We just ate what we could and hit the road. Overall, I like Hardee's and this 1 experience won't change that. But if this turns into a thing every time I visit a Hardee's, then I'll just have to stop going.
