Do I have to buy my Medicare Insurance plan through VibrantUSA or can I buy it from other agencies or the carriers?

Certainly. You can buy your Medicare through other agencies or even the insurance carriers themselves. However, VibrantUSA strongly believes working through an independent agency is the best way to get your needs met. We also feel we’re the best in the state in making sure our clients get the best plans at the best prices. Medicare is our specialty and we serve more 20,000 seniors around Washington State. Also, if you work directly with an insurance carrier, you will be limited to the plans they want to sell, not necessarily the best plans for you. You will not be able to learn about all of your options and compare the various plans if you go this route.

There are more than you might think. If you are new to Medicare, the marketplace can be very confusing, especially when comparing multiple insurance carriers. Our Vancouver agents are well-versed in plans available to Washington as well as any differences within the state (county to county). We are vigilant in getting the information we need to present appropriate plans. They will confirm your physicians are in-network, your specialist is in-network, your prescription drugs are covered, and help you with any other questions you may have.

Do you only work a handful of carriers?

We work with any carrier that operates in Washington. Our Vancouver agents work with more than 30 regional and national insurance agencies throughout the state. We also have agents who are able to assist with plans in Oregon and Texas as well. That’s one of the reasons we remain an independent agency. It’s so we can offer the best plan at the best price for our clients instead of concentrating on just one or two insurance carriers.

Do I pay VibrantUSA or the insurance carrier? Are there any costs I need to know about before working with VibrantUSA?

No. VibrantUSA doesn’t charge you a cent and there are never any last-minute fees when you work with us. You only pay what the insurance carrier charges and then we get a commission on that sale. Because our compensation remains essentially the same regardless of the plan, there’s no reason for “upselling” or trying to sell you something you don’t need. You won’t get a sales pitch with us, but you will get great customer service.
