Great doctors! My mom did not have insurance when we found this clinic. She was seen by a very knowledgeable doctor, who got the right diagnosis and prescription medication that helped her a lot! The only negative comment: they never pick up the phone. It's impossible to schedule and appointment by phone, you have to physically go there and do that in person.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years and was so excited to get a call after being on the wait list for over a year. Came in to receive service and the dentist asked the problem. I had a filing fall put about 5years ago and have a tooth that has been open and exposed since. He checked my teeth noticed that I floss and told me other then the open exposed tooth all I would need was a good cleaning. He told the nurse to do xrays and went to the office. The head lady quickly came out cancel the xrays and told me they couldn't help me. Their funding is for people that need it. People who don't care for their teeth and have rotten and decaying teeth. I thought it was for anyone in the county that was low income and needed help. It's a shame a single mother who works full time and is uninsured for dental care is turned away so a drug addict that didn't care for their teeth can get help. 0 stars and shame on you guys

What an amazing service the Free Clinic provides. I had a brilliant experience and was looked after and cared for by a very professional team who are clearly dedicated and very capable. The atmosphere is friendly and clam and the clinic itself is very well looked after. Everything is bilingual (Spanish/English) and their waiting and clinical areas are comfortable and welcoming. I can't thank the volunteers and staff enough for their kindness. A wonderful Vancouver community resource. Thank you.

A little disappointed that I was turned away because they said they were full at 5:30pm, however some people who came in as I was leaving were allowed in and given "check in forms" because...? I'm not sure, because English was definitely not their first language, their child was translating for them, but even as 3 others and myself were turned away, they were welcomed in. It is good that this service is here, it is very much needed. Everyone who waited in line was sick, or in pain or needed help with medications, but, first come first serve should be just that. Unfortunately, this is not the only time I have had an experience like this at this clinic. Since I was turned away, I had to go to urgent care. In a couple weeks I am expecting a bill that I cannot afford. I am very disappointed and feel like I was treated unfairly.

Children have free state provided medical coverage, you should go to wherever his primary care provider is.
I don't know. They have in the past
We can definitely take a look! Removing it will depend on a whole host of variables that we can discuss during your visit. But, it has been done before.
We help with any medical issues as we can. I am sure we can offer help with your problem. What we can't do on sight, we can most times offer referrals and other options...

This place can help you find help but may not be able to fill the medications you need. They have connections for non insured patients needing long term care.
We, the clinic its self doesn't but we pair with a free dental van. They primarily do extractions and fillings though. Stop on by to get the direct number for dental care. The line is only open Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 1pm. Currently the waitlist is 6 months to 8 months out for services.
Yes, there are several ARNP and Family Medicine doctors that volunteer their time at this location. They have the ability to check, and diagnose. However, if it isn't infected, they will not remove.

I've been volunteering here for more than a year, and I've never heard of any cut-off. But, like Shannon said, we are limited on occasion by the number of volunteer providers and/or staff. This is why we always recommend that you arrive early during operating hours.
Unfortunately no. There is not a pediatric physician on site at all times. I would recommend going to a PCP or seeing if you can be seen at urgent care via the hospital. Due to children being able to get health insurance for free, this location would more then likely not see patients like this in the future either.
Sure
No, we don't. Try Planned Parenthood or Sea Mar
Depending on the size and level of infection, yes. Obviously we are limited based on our supplies and resources though, so please keep this in mind if youre dealing with a basketball-sized boil. 👌

A "torn lung" needs to be seen at an Emergency Room. Although, I'm not certain what a torn lung actually is.
If it is a shot that is necessary for your child to attend school, then we offer it.

We have paperwork in Russian, but we can't guarantee that a Russian interpreter will be available at all times. You should plan to bring someone who speaks both Russian and English to interpret. Thanks.
If you are coming to our walk-in, first-come-first-served urgent care clinic, it's a good idea to arrive 30 minutes before the doors open. On MWF, doors open at 8:30 a.m. on Tues/Thurs, doors open at 5:30 p.m. Thank you!
Hi, Sarah - yes, we should be able to get you a copy of your son's sports physical exam if you come to the clinic during business hours. The expiration date of the exam depends on your child's school. Many schools require a new sports physical every year, but you should check with them to make sure. Thank you - Staff of the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington
