I'm done with Wawa. Quality has dropped so much over the recent years. Prices go up, quality goes down. Guess it is the quality of the person that they are hiring. Maybe they arent paying enough. Maybe managers arent incentivized enough to stay on top of their people. Probably combination of things... The list of issues is pretty long, bur what prompted this review, and was the straw that broke the camels back, was them, once again, messing up an ubereats order. Frustrating, esp when I have dietary restrictions and cant eat certain things. Lastly Ill leave one semi-off topic note. GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS PLASTIC BAGS. Why do you make us ask for a bag? When I check out with 5 different things and they are just sitting on the counter, what do you think im going to fumble those items in my bare hands out of your store? No, just put them in a bag and lets avoid the awkward couple of seconds where we just stare at eachother every single time. Use your brains....

Wawa is iconic. The Philadelphia area couldn't survive without it! Great food, especially hoagies!

Update: My most recent experiences have been great ! The vast majority of experiences are good but I had my order from yesterday wrong and it spoiled my lunch. I had an attitude from a cashier early in the moring last week which delayed my pickup and made me late for work. Otherwise, great place to go, just some hiccups along the way. Be prepared and leave earlier.
