Excuse me, what the heck is this ? Neat, just noticed oil pan cover isn't fully attached... Would come in for them to fix, but aint got time for that. Probably lost the screws as well.

1st time I considered this place. Website advertises battery replacement, but looks amateurish, no product info, require appointment/walk-in info, store email contact and prices. Called ahead to make sure a specific brand car battery was in stock and/or to make an appt. Called at 4pm on a Weds, 3 hrs. before closing. Call goes to voicemail, recording doesn't identify the business or any other info or call-menu. Left message, still waiting for a callback. Yeah, no - was going to keep my business local, but I'm not going to jump through hoops to give you my $

We have taken our cars to Jiffy Lube for years. We travel to this location from our town because they used to be amazing. The people are now very rude. My advice is not to go here until they learn good customer service skills, general phone etiquette, and are honest with their customer once again. I'll go to a different location with our 3 cars from now on.

Oh my goodness, what amazing service!! I just went in for a basic oil change, as my regular shop always has a wait, and I always have my toddler. I heard Jiffy Lube boasted quick oil changes. I didn't expect anything extra, but when I pulled up, that's what I got. Extraordinary service! I was quickly met by a tech that went through the motions of picking what oil change I wanted, offering the standard up-sells (at extremely reasonable prices, I might add), and explaining to me how it would go. Cody didn't mind my asking about timing, because I had my child with me. He was very understanding. They called me to let me know I needed other services, but didn't pressure me into getting them today. Check out, after my car was done, with Joey was fast and courteous. They even vacuumed the floors and had the back door open so I could juggle my things and get my kid in the car seat. <3 Thank you sooo much guys!! I cannot recommend this shop enough!
