I had just started looking at new car options when I found a listing I was interested in. Soon after submitting interest online, I was called to schedule a visit in a few days but was later texted I could come in the next day for a great deal. I had an appointment with Beshara who had called initially about my inquiry and checked in with me several times but was helped mostly by Amir. They were very patient and helpful about my inquiries about all of my options. They looked at all angles to get me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted and the trade-in value I wanted. Great service, no pressure buying. They asked what I would like and made it happen. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience.

I have to give this place 4.7 stars. Always honest, I've been coming here for 6 years. Right up to the end they were helpful. Only had on person in all the 6 years that was questionable, and less than helpful but they are no longer there. This company seems to go above and beyond. Even with my 10 % loyalty discount they match or beat prices. I have since left to move back home. I hope to find dealership as good in Virginia. 🙏 thank you

I went to test drive a car or two with no intentions of buying that day, and Allan gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. They came down on the car a little, offered me a fair amount for my car (wasn't even present), and worked with me to fit my budget. Yes, we offer complimentary flat tire repair with no need for an appointment. Just bring your vehicle in to our drive and we will happily take a look at your tire. If we can safely repair it, we will get your car’s tire repaired and reinstalled to get you back on the road.
We do not cut keys at the dealership. Volkswagen keys are laser cut specific to the VIN of each vehicle. We order the specific key to match your vehicle; it typically takes 3-5 business days for the key to arrive after ordering.
We as a corporation and site take it very seriously. Lots of sanitation in the facility and of the vehicles. Also, 100% employee mask participation while interacting with our guests. Plus, we offer solo test drives for our clients that prefer that.
