A gem! My partner and I were spending some time in Astoria for our anniversary and drove up here to check out Time Enough Books and loved it. There's such a variety of selection from smaller publishing houses that I have never seen anywhere else and I found several books I couldn't leave without.

"I cannot live without books" - Thomas Jefferson. I love books and bookstores and libraries. Small independent bookstores are the best, especially if you are looking for books about local topics of interest. Local and regional history, colorful local characters, and of course best sellers. It's here, and waiting for you to pick it up and take it home. They also carry some good condition used books, so there are bargains to be had. A great little store.

There is no reason to buy a bible as one may be had (via the Gideons) at any hotel or motel. I have a collection of about a dozen from over the years.
