Made my reservation online. Arrived at the location and while that aspect of the transaction was fine, the facility was a subpar. There was trash everywhere, people hanging out outside everywhere. It was busy and not in a good way. I felt safer in Iraq. I cancelled my reservation. I rather sleep in my rental car.

Room was very clean, but very small!! The location is terrible, hard to find that GPS couldn't even locate it ( which it's behind the shopping plaza, located right by the Enterprise Warehouse) I'm not from Pottstown area , so it took me a minute to find it.

VERY disappointed. My mother called and spoke with a front desk clerk to make a reservation three weeks beforehand and was quoted a price and told the room was booked. However, when arriving to check in, she was told that the reservation on file was not for the two week stay she had booked, but for only one night. This has put her in a very awkward situation in trying to find accommodations elsewhere on short notice. On a holiday weekend. While she has been staying at my house, she was very much looking forward to sleeping on an actual bed instead of our couch, which is all we can offer her. As I can’t review her “stay,” I can only base my rating on her experience, which was not a good one. Will not be booking with this location again.
