Very clean. Maids were very nice and they did an fantastic job in keeping our room clean every day. The manager was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The prices were reasonable. The room was clean and well prepaired for guests. The beds were comfortable. There was complementary soap and shampoo and plenty of bathroom linen. I liked that there was an in room coffee maker and I didn't have to go to the nearest quick shop to get coffee. There was also a refrigerator and a microwave. So we were able to keep our delicious leftover Mexican food and warm it up for breakfast the next morning. The motel office staff were friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in Exiter again and need a motel room, I will definitely like to stay here again.

We loved it! Don't be fooled from the look outside, rooms are good size, clean, recently renovated (shower was amazing!) and they come with tv, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, clean towels and toiletries. Restaurants and gas station are within walking distance. And the price was really honest. We couldn't have asked for better.
