So far excellent school. Started 2018 left and came back to completed with I started. The school is always willing to help. The customer service is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable every time I have spoken with them. I would recommend Allied.

Terrible absolutely Terrible! I’ve used this Real Estate school for continuing education for the past 15 years of being a licensed realtor & this year after they have changed what they call “the platform” in April 2020 their Q&A’s for Continuing Education has been a ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Allied has purposely made it IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS chapters of courses so that you have to pay for the same chapter again and again until you pass! So what I’m saying is after true hours of reading chapters, truly studying and then taking the test to get your certificate, Allied Real Estate School makes it so hard to pass that is a set up to fail to pay extra money to take same Chapters over! Ridiculous! Once it was a great way to continue education to retain your real estate license but no longer! Scam!!!

The materials are out of date and the website is highly dysfunctional and courses are prone to error and for the most part not accessible. The database does not accurately record your time on each course. The recent update of the database is FLAWED and NOT FUNCTIONAL. They did not provide me with the materials I need to complete the course despite repeated contact and request. They will only email you a list of suggestions to refresh. This company is owned by people who want to limit Americans from achieving their licensing in CA. Can Americans achieve success and buy land in California? Good luck and go with a firm that has INTEGRITY.

They just want your money. I honestly have no idea how the course is because I paid for it and never got to take the classes due to a family medical emergency. Once we got our family settled (in a new state), I wanted to pay for the extension... but for the new state that I moved to. No such luck said customer service. I had to take the california course even though I didn’t live there anymore. Honestly treated me like they could care less...Asked for a supervisor and nothing. Little did they know that I moved to the border of two different states and would have paid for another course anyway. Guess they lost that sale. I’ll be seeking out other online options and suggest you do the same.
