Look, you get what you pay for. Yeah, it's not a $300/night hotel, but you stay there because you want to save money (I presume). My wife and I stayed there and really liked it. Clean and felt safe. Staff was very accommodating. On top of that, It was an easy drive to Death Valley. Don't forget to stop by the restaurant. The food and service are great!

I wasn't expecting much from Longstreet Inn, but was blown away by this place. We stayed because of it's proximity to Death Valley National Park. And it was pretty much the only game in town, there isn't much else nearby. But the rooms were quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. The dining room was just as surprising. The food was great, well priced, and more than we could eat. Definitely recommend!

We were so happy with our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The employees all were friendly and accommodating. Our stay was last minute and we were so happy that we stayed here. They have a pool, petting zoo, casino, a store, gas to refill your vehicle, restaurant, and a great back yard. The location was perfect for our visiting Death Valley. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. A nice place to go and relax!

Everybody was great. Except for the General Manager named Ken who yelled at my 13 year old daughter, yelled at me and my sister. Then told us that if we have a problem with how he is treating us then we can go stay at another resort. We were perfectly polite. He was also insisting that we should rent the towels to use for the showers provided. He wanted $1 per towel, money of which I am sure would have never made it to the owners of the resort. He would have pocketed it. It was not their policy at all. He was making up rules because he didn't like that I had kids. Everyone else on the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Invited us to use the showers after swimming. Told us that they provided towels and even soap if we forgot to bring ours. But the General Manager Ken made me feel so unwelcome. I don't think I will go again and I will steer everyone I know away from it.

Established in 1995, hardly historic, nice place to stop for a bit!
The downstairs food was quite cheap (we'd been in California though so used to more expensive price)
Out here most have wells.
If you want more than the coffee shop or the steak house you will have to get it before you reach the Longstreet. There is no other place to eat close by.
