Only place we can find firewood on the California and Nevada border. Morgan was so friendly and informative. He had lots of recommendations for how we should enjoy our firewood, and was just pleasant to interact with. The firewood that we bought was definitely superior quality. It burned slow and didn't make everything smell like charcoal. Make sure to call ahead, as this is a small business and seems to be run by solely Morgan.

desert oak tamarix trees. hardwood. in the mesquite family as it has all the same qualities of mesquite except no thorns and structurally it is weaker. meaning you wouldnt want to build a house with it. but, it burns long, smells great and tastes great when used to cook food. and yes my firewood is dry.
