If I could give this place negative stars I would. Made a $1200 order online to be picked up at the location. I received an email saying the order was ready so I Called to confirm and was told there is no order and treated terribly by the manager on the phone. Questioned like I was a criminal and given attitude when I asked for my 1200 since they took the money out of my account and I’m getting nothing in return. He told me it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me. I felt like I was robbed. Worst customer I’ve service I’ve ever experienced. If you don’t enjoy your job you should find a new job instead of mistreating people for asking about money they work hard for. I hope you figure it out. I’ll never spend another dime in there.

Nice to have a hometown hardware store, that almost always has what I'm looking for, without having to go into one of those national big-box stores where there never seems to be an employee--- let alone one who knows anything! Griggs folks always have an answer for me!

Because of the welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable personnel, it's always a pleasure to visit Griggs for hardware or equipment for my home projects. I love it when I can find fishing lures that are out of stock elsewhere.

Probably the best hardware stores in town. I have used them multiple time to get parts, tools, and even keys made for me. Everytime the costumer service from the staff has always been out standing.
