Had a little birthday get together with my cousin here and much improvement in service and food was good. The seasoned wings were actually great! Long Island Ice Tea was one of the best I've had in Delaware as well. Somethings are just created equally.

Fabulous cook. I believe his name was Austin. Honestly the stake melted in my mouth. Up and coming cook without a doubt!! Bartender who's daughter has a birthday tomorrow was also outstanding!! Manager/general manager was one of a kind. Don't remember his name but he was a black gentleman......terrific all the way around!! Got lucky picking the right place to eat at tonight! Continue the great work for future customers! You are building something great!

This is the first time having LongHorn Steakhouse on the east coast. My wife and I decided to order utilizing curbside pickup. As we got home, we find out that they put my side order with my wife’s entree and completely forgot hers. When I tried to call them, it was a 6 minute wait to talk to somebody then when I finally did get a hold of someone, they instantly put me on hold after I told them they forgot one of the side orders that we paid for. We continued to wait an additional 11 minutes on hold before just giving up since our food was getting cold. How hard is it to read 2 orders and verify before sending it out to the customer? I even tipped money online before coming to pickup our order. I feel stupid for doing so because we got horrible service. The steak was loaded with inedible fat and tasted sour. This experience alone is enough for us to never go back to LongHorn steakhouse again.

My first experience today here was that the steaks were overly seasoned but we did find out from the waitress after we got the steak that you can order it lightly seasoned or no seasoning so next time I go I'll order no seasoning. The steak was a very good cut and very tender and the service was excellent. I was so full I brought half of it home and couldn't fit any dessert in but next time I'll try to leave room. The mac and cheese is wonderful and the Longhorn Steaks porterhouse is huge. I returned this week, August 2021, and had dinner ordering the t-bone steak. I forgot to order it without the seasoning but when I tasted it it was absolutely perfect. I decided to come back for lunch and ordered the hamburger. It is one of the best hamburgers I've ever had and the fact that it includes a salad makes it perfect for a quick lunch. Service here was fantastic both times and also both times management approach the table to make sure everything was okay which gives it two thumbs up!
