I know they do have car seat clinics, unfortunately I don't know the dates or how often they do them. They're very friendly and would be happy to answer any questions you might have if you call their station.

Where can you ask the question, of a emergency or police activity in the communty?

If you have facebook I know that forest grove fire department is excellent about posting on there when major events are going on and they are also pretty responsive to the public through that. Just find and like their page. Hope this helps!
