I went in to get a trim and curtain bangs... they turned out great! The student that cut them had not done curtain bangs before but the instructor was patient and showed her how to do it. It was clean, calm, and everyone there was kind. Thank you Zoe!

Had a GREAT 1st time experience at the College of Hair Design. I went to have my makeup done and I am so pleased with how beautiful my eyes look! Mackenzie was very personable, patient, and very talented. It's nice to know there is a place in Salem where you can give the students a chance to practice their skills before they graduate and go out into the workplace. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back for other services. Fun atmosphere with lots of positivity! Deanna at the front desk was most helpful and welcoming. Hidden gems inside this beauty school!

I made an appointment and still waited 30 minutes. I was never asked how short I wanted my nails cut, she just cut them and cut them way to short that it hurt. She told me it was her second time. So I expected someone to check on her and nobody ever did.

My girlfriend went in to get her hair bleached and cut before getting it dyed. They kept her there for WAY too long and completely butchered it, leaving the bleach in too long, ruining her hair. There are mentors there that are supposed to prevent that kind of thing from happening but apparently they dont care. She was heartbroken and she will need to get it fixed, definitely NOT from here
