I hear the one in Dallas is better to go to. I don't know I've always went to the one in mac. The wait time hasn't ever been very long. I don't think I'd ever go to the one in Dallas. The one in Mac is good enough for me.

This place is so good. I mean it. I am from California and the Department of Human Assistance down there should take some lessons from the Department here. They are so fast here and so nice, all of them were nice. I cant believe how quickly they get stuff done, its very impressive and no mistakes either. They really take care of people.

I would call the office (503) 472-0311 and ask them for the Fax number. That way you can make sure they receive it and it goes to were it goes.
