Homezone Windows

We were welcomed to our new neighborhood by some kids breaking four of our windows the first week after we bought our house. Homezone came in and took our order and promised to get us done as quick as possible. A few weeks later a.man came to measure the windows and told me I picked the worse company, that they don't install any trim or anything and you have to do that yourself. Immediately after he left I called out sales agent and told him what was said. He was lying the man acted put out the entire time he was there. I learned he was fired as I wasn't the only person he had badmouthed the Company to. When the crew came to Install the windows they had to do extra work because rude measuring man didn't measure them right. It took them all day and a trip to the hardware but they did a beautiful job. I would have given 5 stars but I did notice that my big picture window sags a bit in the sides. I have to calm them yet. But I would recommend that any worker that behaves as if he isn't satisfied with his job and is rude to you call the company immediately. Don't wait for them to leave. Thank you Homezone and I will be calling about the picture window.

The salesman, office staff members and installation crew were all professional, competent and personable. Not only am I totally satisfied with the product, but the comfort of dealing with nice people is priceless.

Never showed up , I got a call about 25 minutes after they were originally suppose to show up than tried to reschedule. Poor business ethics always give yourself more time.

I used Homezone for a bathroom remodeling and could not be happier. From my first phone call to the install completion, they were very professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again and have recommended them to my friends. I am also planning to hire them to remodel the bathroom on my second floor.
