Babys best is the only retail store that has really good prices for kids stuff im not sure on the price for a bouncer but im sure if you call and inquire about one they will be very helpful

They do, but like everything else...depends on the age and the condition of the car seat. You must take it in, but big items like a carseat you can take in anytime, unlike appointments needed to take in clothing. Lastly, doesn't hurt to ask what they would give, you can always say no thanks.
