Update Summer 2022 - no more 24-hour kiosk, the lobby is locked during off hours due to repeated vandalism and damage. This makes it much less convenient for those who formerly relied on the self-serve kiosk and can't get to the post office during their business hours. .... I really like the 24-hour self-serve kiosk, but they are often low on priority shipping supplies (in the lobby) and it's difficult to get large poly priority mailing envelopes when the counter is closed.

Had an issue with a delivery that was running behind. I called to make sure it wasn’t lost or to find out when I would receive it. The gentleman on the phone went above and beyond to track it down. He personally texted the drivers to find out what truck it was on and made sure it would be delivered today. Very helpful and that kind of customer service is not common these days. So thank you thank you!

So...when I put outgoing mail in my home mailbox and put the little red flag up, the mailman is supposed to take it back with him. Not leave it in my box for DAYS. Also, when they deliver packages, they never leave them at my front door. I always have to hunt for them. They either leave them behind my garbage can in the rain, or behind my car in the car port. Wth. There are places to hide boxes on my porch, ya know...

My mom has used them twice to ship Christmas gifts to me. I like in the UK and she had no problems, it was always just a process with the custom forms and everything like that. My mom went in twice this last week. The first time they were not able to find my address with postal code I had given and left it at that. So my mom planned on trying again the next day, this time I have her a back up address to try in case ours didn’t work again. Both times my mom experienced the worst customer service, the lady was so rude simply because she didn’t want to put in the extra work of shipping something internationally and was having trouble with the addresses. When my went to leave without being helped the lady working even gave my mom a snotty smile!
