Had my daughters sweet 16 there last weekend and everything was perfect!! Paola was my party planner and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. The room looked beautiful, the food was great, and the service was all good!! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful venue! We went there for a wedding. It was very spacious. The main area is very nice. They had different back drops so you can take pictures.

What a wonderful Sweet Sixteen party my daughter enjoyed at the Royal Palm! Staff was professional, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The venue was breathtaking and looked spectacular. My best friends wedding was at the Royal Palm end of last 2019. When we booked the place in 2018, we were skeptical because of some negative reviews but still we went with the venue as it was very budget friendly and conveniently located. My best friend and her husband live in Queens and this was not too far for them yet affordable. I was the maid of honor so I was more scared than anyone else about how everything will go and how will I manage if things fall apart. I cannot tell you how grateful I was on the day of her wedding. I enjoyed every single moment of the wedding because I did not have to worry about the bride. The bridal attendant, Shelby, was almost glued with her the whole time. Making sure she was comfortable, Joly, and pampered to the fullest. We had a top shelf open bar and so much food that I was almost enough food coma. Not only the bride and the groom were pampered, as the bridal party we all felt like brides because of the attention and care from Maître D' Mike, the sales rep Karen, and some other management crew ( don't remember the names... I got pretty drunk towards the end of the party LOL) we have been recommending this place to all our friends for any type of events and just want to see those who write bad reviews because of their own dysfunctional mental status should be banned from Yelp... and I am not joking. They not only damage the business reputation but also miss lead others from finding great places such as the Royal Palm. We wish the Royal Palm all the best and will continue to recommend.
