Filthy bathroom, counters, tables, windows. The workers placing all my kids spoons on the filthy counter. Barely understands what I'm asking for. This place needs a surprise inspection.

I am a late night/early morning customer and I am often disappointed in their coffee. The quality varies greatly and always seems to have been sitting around for awhile The staff never seems to care as the place is always unkept. No stirrers, no sugar packages and no napkins on so many occasions I wonder why I still stop there. More habit then anything else.

This dunkin donut is very clean and assistant is very polite. My chai latte was very well blended and delish.
