Extremely unprofessional. I placed an order to be picked up on Sunday about two weeks ago. I called the day of- no answer. I get to the restaurant on Sunday at my scheduled time and I found the restaurant locked up with a note on the door saying, “Closed due to plumbing issues” They did not call beforehand or give any additional info about how someone could reach them and their phone line is not working. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still trying to figure out how to get my refund. Very disappointing..

The service been bad a best for as long as I've been coming here. The food is 6-7 consistently. The service is what makes it so bad tho. We all know what to expect from certain restaurants, sometimes a lil attitude is part of the experience but here its just part of the problem. Most who work there seem to rather be somewhere else. Also everyone needs to be taught how to waer a mask in there, its bad... Get it together, the other Jamaican restaurant up the block at least act like they care about the customer. SHOUT OUT LASH! A way better spot a block away. The 2 stars is for what it used to be. Its completely a waste of time now.

The rice and peas was very. I ordered 2 large fried chicken as I'm watching the lady gave me one fry chicken and one stew had to remind her that I wanted 2 fried chicken. I asked for alot of gravy on my rice got home and my kids are complaining its dry. Then I watch them come in with a delivery and sit the raw chicken on the floor in clear plastic bags, blood started leaking on the floor. I've actually stopped going there for a while because the girls that use to work there no longer does and the new ones they customer service skills are very poor. They have become very cheap with there portion sizes. I use to love there food but I think it's time to start trying other restaurants around the area because its seems the more they expand the worse customer service and quality of food has become

Good food & affordable. I usually go to the Golden Krust by my house, but I got home super late and this was the only open Jamaican restaurant within walking distance. I’m glad I came here, the food was great. I got rice & peas and fried chicken with oxtail gravy and a chicken patty. I definitely will make that longer walk to Richie Rich in the near future.
