First time here just today, got a full service wash… and this is how my car was left.. i spent $45 + tipped. Super disappointed. Was looking for a good car wash place by my house.

I’ve gotten my jeep washed here a few times. They’ve done a decently good job for a standard car wash. This was the third time I’ve gotten the deluxe wash. And I can honestly say the deluxe was is a scam. I paid 80 dollars for the same service I coulda got with a regular wash. There was no attention to detail in cleaning the car, my interior wasn’t even touched. I recommend just getting a standard wash if you want the best bang for your buck.

I have been a regular customer of Five Corners Car Wash for over five years, and so it’s not with any joy that I write this review, but rather that I think this experience should be shared in the community. I’ve always thought the price of service was high for the quality at Five Corners, but I’d been happy as a customer due to the location, and knowing I’d get a relatively decent clean. However, after my last wash (1/13/22) at Five Corners I immediately noticed they had given me the wrong floor mats. Not only did they not belong to me, but they obviously did not fit in my car. I pointed this out to the attendant, and waited for quite awhile for a manger to finally help me. Presumably they gave my floor mats to another car as they couldn’t find them anywhere in the car wash. Fine, mistakes happen, and while my floor mats were expensive Weather Tech mats I can accept that. However the solution proposed to the problem was to wait for the other driver to notice that they had my mats, and return them…shall we take a moment to think through the issues with that? We’re supposed to hope someone who clearly doesn’t inspect their car after turning it over for service and didn’t immediately notice their mats were different is going to make that discovery within a few days and then return them? Let’s say they do? They’d return my mats to the car wash, and then go without mats until I can pick up mine and return theirs? Or the car wash will take their info and try to arrange a swap between us? How long am I supposed to drive around with mats that don’t fit my car? The manger then said if we don’t hear from the other driver within a week they’d be happy to give me new mats from their stock… So as you can imagine this wasn’t acceptable, and I didn’t buy that any of it would happen. I immediately ordered new mats for my car as I had to modify (and accidentally crack) the mats I was given, and wasn’t going to drive around on them for any longer than I had to. For the record, if anyone from the business reads this, I’d like you to understand there were two acceptable outcomes here: 1. Offer to replace my mats immediately at no cost OR let me borrow fitted mats for a reasonable amount of time to see it this other driver is ever returning mine before giving me the replacements officially 2. Offer me a few complimentary washes to make up the cost of my mats. Neither of those things obviously happened. I wanted to wait at least a week before posting this review to see if they’d even contact me as promised. They didn’t. I don’t understand what kind of business this is, but anytime car washes come up in conversations I’ll make sure everyone is aware Five Corners car washes should never be used, and I’ll obviously never come back again. Neither will my parents who recommended the place to me.

I’ve been using this car wash for a few years. This is my second bad experience. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and even got a membership after my first bad experience because people DO make mistakes. However, I’m super bummed to say I have to cancel my membership. At one point they were really good. I’m so disappointed with this though...I pay about $100 monthly for a gold wash and I always leave $10+ tip for them. But this just sucks. I was told the dirt left in my car was more of a detailing fix when I brought it to their attention too..I’m sorry what? Apparently the gold wash doesn’t include wiping down your leather seats, just wiping it down with a vacuum. That being said, technically it is my fault for thinking they would wipe dog prints off my seats when I’m paying for this service. I’m cancelling the membership. I hate to complain ever, it’s so uncomfortable but just do the job right. I’m giving 3 stars because they have washed my car nicely before but this one just really bummed me out.

It was a Halloween Themed Tunnel of Terror. Your car got washed while you got entertained by spooky characters, lighting effects, etc. My teenaged kids and I loved it. It was safe to do during these otherwise scary times in covid!
Noo why would you think sitting in your would go any faster???
Full service wash is $22.50+tax. If you have a small oversize vehicle it’s $24+tax. Best value is the monthly plan. It’s less then the cost of three washes. It’s a no-brainer!
